What's included in the monthly fee?

Agent salary, training, management, and basic tools are all included. On the Starter plan you provide dialer access; on Growth and above we handle data sourcing too. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts — just a flat monthly rate.

How quickly can we start?

Within 48 hours of your setup call we'll have your dedicated agent trained and making calls. We handle scripting, data setup, and campaign configuration so you can focus on closing deals from day one.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Cancel with 30 days' notice — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. We also offer a 7-day trial: if you're not satisfied in your first week, we'll refund it. We're confident in our results.

Do I need to provide a dialer?

On the Starter plan you grant us access to your existing dialer (e.g. Mojo, Vulcan7, REDX). On the Growth plan and above we source the data and manage all tooling for you — just review the leads we deliver.

What types of leads do you generate?

We generate FSBO leads, expired listings, pre-foreclosure, probate, tax-delinquent, and motivated seller leads — customized to your market and business model, whether you're a traditional agent, wholesaler, investor, or property manager.

Can I scale up or down?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan, add dedicated agents, or reduce scope with 30 days' notice. We work with solo agents all the way to large teams across multiple states, and we'll tailor volume and coverage to match your pipeline goals.
